Came wrapped in plenty of protective wrap and well packaged in a large box. Placed it out in the sun on an 85 degree day and waited a few hours while installing new headlights. Bumper fit perfectly, in fact, better than the factory bumper. Bumper is good quality thick plastic and slightly heavier than factory bumper. I was worried after seeing videos of folded bumpers but this company really knows how to do it right.I see reviews where people say the bumper was cracked or damaged. I suspect most of these are people trying to unfold the bumper. You have to apply heat or just let it sit out in the hot sun for hours. The type of plastic used to fabricate bumper retains memory of shape. It is used in a lot of products. The plastic is warmed and folded and when reheated it will revert back to the manufactured shape.
