It works well and the best part is it folds up easily to be out of the way and even comes with a storage bag.It is a bit challenging to get into the habit of twisting it to fold it up, but after a few tries one can easily get it. The shade itself also has a strap too secure it if you don't want to place it on the storage bag right away, which was a well conceived addition by the manufacturer.This is also made of substantial material so it doesn't feel like it'll rip apart even after repeated foldings. I previously used a hard, fold out shade, but found that took up a lot of room when not being used and was bulky. I like this style because I can fold it up and stick it between the center console and passenger seat and it is out of the way.Highly recommend.
